  1. I bought this game, opened it up and played a few rounds before wanting to sell it (the tug-of-war wasn’t that fun and setting up the first half of the game before getting to the second half also wasn’t that fun). I jumped on to BGG to post it on the market and came across the insanity that Alan Emerich of VPG did. That a publisher would interact with playtesters, gamers, customers and potential customers in such a rude, unprofessional, angry and vitriolic way is honestly disgusting. I didn’t even want to sell it at that point, and just donated it to the local Goodwill Store. Since reading that BGG post, I have read numerous other forum and reddit posts by people who have also attested to Alan’s unprofessional treatment. It’s not like this is just word-of-mouth, Alan has been very vocal publicly in his treatment of people, so there’s as much proof as you need.
